We are moving forward on an Art Studio in Cloquet. The Dream that Krista and I have are to offer a place for you to grow. We will offer a place for you to learn skills and better yourself.
My dream is to have an Art Studio for our communities. The space would offer classes in a wide variety of arts and crafts such as: mosaics, jewelry making, painting, scrapbooking, multi-media, sewing, upcycling and more. Our community is rich with talented people to teach these classes and we would arrange for classes to be affordable for those interested in learning something new.
The space in the Art Studio would also include rooms for crafters to come in and work on their pieces as they like, with lockers to store them until they are finished.
The Art Studio would also offer a retail/consignment store front where teachers and students may offer their finished craft items for sale.
To add to this mix is my daughter Krista. Krista will be certified in Yoga/Buti. For those who have not experienced Buti, it is Yoga set to music. It's fun and exhilarating, a wonderful way to exercise and get into better shape. Krista will offer evening Buti classes. You really need to try it, you will love it.
Currently we are looking at properties to house us. There are a few rentals available, but they do not have the square footage we are looking for. There is one property that would be perfect! They are not interested in renting or leasing and it is for sale. So my request to you is 'Please help us with the down payment we need to get a business loan."
